Large shopping centers and grocery stores (parking areas) are easily accessible with a motorhome. We recommend purchasing basic food items and / or stocks here. Note: Food supplies in smaller communities within Canada & Alaska are not readily available and prices are usually higher than in cities.

Speed Limit:
On highways 90-110 Km, within cities 50 km or as otherwise posted. Radar control posts are frequently used – especially in school zones. Speed tickets are expensive and may cut a hole in your travel budget. Drive defensively because a motorhome is not a racecar and may act entirely different than a regular passenger car.

Are included from downtown hotel locations and / or the airport areas.

Travel Restrictions:
All units rented from Whitehorse are allowed to drive the Dempster Highway/Yukon and the Dalton Highway/Alaska.
