Reservation Policy
|
All reservations, policy and term adjustments are subject to a written confirmation and the acceptance of the following reservation, payment and cancellation policies. Clients are responsible to familiarize themself with these terms before submitting a reservation through any form of communication. Our terms and policies are considerably accepted through a client after submitting the required deposit payment. Reservation changes after our initial confirmation are subject to a written confirmation and applicable cancellation fees / and or service charges. Response time may vary between 24-72 hours.

Reservation Information
|
Because of the increased security on various government levels we may request additional personal information as deemed necessary and required to complete a reservation. Please note: We will not accept non-completed reservation requests.

Privacy Terms
|
We do not provide third parties with any details of your reservation. Your personal information will be solely used to complete the reservation as requested.
|
|
Service Charges
|
Due to the increasing expenses in conjuction with individual reservations we may apply a service charge of US$20.00 to any of the following bookings: • Rentals • Ski Passes • Sightseeing Tours • Custom Tour Arrangements • Ferry Bookings. All service charges are non-refundable in case of a cancellation or tour changes. All reservations made 28 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a US$30.00 handling charge. The charge is intended to cover last minute phone and fax expenses, documentation, payment processing, and/or reservation fees.

Rates
|
All rates and services within Canada are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar unless otherwise specified or confirmed in written. A client may request an exchange rate for any tradable currency at the time of reservation but he still remains responsible for any currency exchange rate increase above 5 % until the actual travel date. Currency exchange rate decreases are not affected through the policy. Other arrangements need to be confirmed in written.

Taxes
|
Published individual accommodation rates are including of all applicable taxes and mandatory service charges levied at the time of publication unless otherwise specified. Tax rebates for overseas visitors are incorporated in the rates. All other arrangements do not include taxes. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current tax rates are changing.

Payment Policy
|
To guarantee your travel arrangements – we require a deposit of 25 % of the total invoice amount within 10 days after receiving our written confirmation. A limited number of suppliers (e.g. Wilderness Lodges, Wildlife Viewing Tours and others) may require a higher deposit – please check our invoice for details. As a form of payment we accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers and wire payments. Credit cards are accepted with a supplementary processing fee of 5 %. The credit card service fee will be added to your final invoice at the time of reservation. All reservations must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to the travel date are subject to immediate full payment of our invoice. Service fees, bank charges or processing and bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurring charges will be charged back to the sender.

Late Payments
|
Under no circumstances are clients accepted / accommodated unless full payment has been received on / or before the due date(s). We reserve the right to cancel any part - or the entire tour arrangements - if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Any unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may also result in an automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are still applying according to our cancellation policy below. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice and may be deducted from the deposit / balance already received.

Refunds
|
Unused tour services or any portion thereof are non refundable. Cancellations or tour changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A supplier may cancel a tour due to inclement weather conditions or for any other reasons beyond or control. If this case we will of course refund the original tour price less a service charge of CAD$20.00. All refund requests are only honored within fourtheen (14) days of cancellation in written and each request need to be accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Please allow a processing time of approximately four (4) weeks.

Complaints
|
We strongly advise every client to inform our company immediately – within 24 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored.

Services
|
Our Self Drive Tour Rates do not include gasoline, insurance, road tolls, transfers, additional driver fees, northern surcharges, national park entrance fees, one-way rental fees, winterized driving equipment and child seats. We reserve the right to substitute Hotels/Condominiums of a similar category - or upgrade clients at our discretion - if our normally used accommodations are sold out. Specific room or condominium assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management because we are unable to guarantee a specific room/condominium type and/or location. Condominium Rates do not include final cleaning charges. A deposit may be charged upon arrival. For services on all Other Tours please refer to our online documentation. Car & RV Rental
Requirements
|
A valid driver license and a major credit card are mandatory for all vehicle rentals and/or the designated driver. Please note: Due to insurance requirements and applicable laws - Minimum age for drivers is 25 years. Maximum age 65 years. Travel Documents
|
Each client shall be responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations of the country to which they are traveling
Our company cannot accept responsibility for any problems related to/and or in obtaining these documents.

Indemnification
|
Our company, its employees or agents and / or affiliated companies acting only as agents - and therefore none of them shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, loss claims, accident or delay which may be generated by reason of any company or person who engaged in conveying the travelers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train -, bus -, ship -, airplane - or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government action or other causes.

Flight Reservations
|
All flight reservations are based on restricted airfares. These fares may require full payment within 24 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable and / or non-changeable after a reservation is confirmed. We cannot assume any responsibilities for fare increases. Please note: Flight reservations in conjunction with RV reservations are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or the supplier for whatever reason.

Change Fees
|
Once a reservation is confirmed any changes to a tour up to 45 days prior to the actual travel date - e.g. date, time, tour, passenger name - are subject to change fees. In some instances a cancellation fee may already apply depending on the supplier or program reserved. • Sightseeing tours and individual hotel reservations US$ 10.00 per person • Tour packages up to 7 days US$75.00 per party • Tour packages up to 21 days US$100.00 per party. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation (No-Show) charges are applicable to every confirmed reservation and voluntarely / involuntarely cancellation due to non-payment without exceptions. We strongly recommend sufficient cancellation insurance.
Individual Hotel Reservation excluding Lodges

Ferry Reservation
Up to 90 days in advance - 25 % of all applicable charges
Up to 60 days in advance - 50 % of all applicable charges

RV / Camper Rental
